I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Occidental Ibiza hotel, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from Rachel that truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The hotel's location is absolutely superb, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and easy access to Ibiza's vibrant nightlife and stunning beaches. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand or dance the night away, this hotel's location is perfect for both. The accommodations were luxurious and meticulously maintained, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and amenities, which made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience offered at the hotel's restaurants. From mouthwatering local cuisine to international favorites, every meal was a culinary delight. The talented chefs truly outdid themselves, and the attentive staff made sure that every dining experience was nothing short of perfect. In addition to the fantastic amenities, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. From helpful recommendations for exploring the island to seamless check-in and check-out experiences, their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at the Occidental Ibiza hotel was nothing short of great. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Ibiza. I liked everything. The staff were so friendly, always happy to help with a smile on their face! The food was sensational always something different and plenty of options both in the restaurant and pool side bar. The entertainment was good and the animation team work incrediably hard all day and all night to keep everyone entertained. The bar staff were also wonderful and the drinks were great! The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was kept clean and tidy, the pools were great and there was always a sun lounger available. Although it is a little distance from beaches or anything lively taxis don't take long and are reasonable there is also a few convenient shops outside the hotel. We loved our stay we were there for 11 days and will definitely return thank you Occidental for a wonderful stay!

The Animation team who ran the Kids Club were excellent, my 6 year daughter cried when it was time to leave. Such a friendly atmosphere, from the staff and the fellow guests, made one feel at home. Excellent range of food for breakfast and dinner and I regret on going half board. Next time around, it'll definitely be All-inclusive.
